Urgent PC in Family Practice and Internal Medicine

Private equity taking this pig over and cleaning house soon. About time!

Private Equity looks for a big upside in the investments they make. Sure cleaning house could eventually give them some upside, but not enough to make it worth their while. In my opinion, the existing management has run out of steam, and much of the initial euphoria is misplaced based the to date delivered results. I hear something similar quite often out in the streets from customers who are also savvy investors.

I would say your prognosis is misplaced.

BINGO!!

Uroplasty for the most has always been a lousy run company. It's seems it's just continuing its down slide. Poor management poor hirings of sales force by managers not qualified equals Poor Performane overall. Being in sales , I wound never invest in this company.

Why are you complaining? Wasen’t DH brought in to fix the sales rep/managers issues? I thought he turned the ship around with all new sales management team and weeded out the poor performing reps. Apparently, he missed one complainer.
