Malli is doing some funny stuff in ARD Neuro...next week we will have to cancel or push back all programs..wtf..nothing like pissing off speakers. Probably since the numbers still suck,.they are making up the loss of money with sales to saving dollars with cutting programs. Ass#$les are juggling and moving money to make it look better than what is the truth for the end of the fiscal year.for Malli.

Right. And flying in speakers from all over the country for two training meetings costs nothing.

The cancelled programs suck. But they are more a symptom of a disaffected marketing department than they are of MNK cooking the books.

Let me get this straight, Neuro speakers are to be trained by the end of the month, then we will not be able to use them? Tim M. needs to give these speakers a call to tell them why himself.

Also, I heard the sales meetings in November are going to be canceled as well. That's fine with me.

Finally, I heard Neuro was underperforming and over budget thus justifies all the above comments. The shit has hit the fan.

This is so exciting to watch, like the Titanic going down but luckily no one will die.

Yea, like that call on friday for 1.5 hrs in middle of the day....now that was some totally valuable shit right there. Wtf did ANYONE get of any useable value from that 1.5 hrs?

Remember all those people have to set up calls/meetings to justify their own jobs/existence. It really is quite ridiculous. In any event, I have a credible internal source myself and definitely there will be major changes by the end of the year. I say if you're close to retirement then just hang on. Everyone else needs to heed advice and start applying for other jobs. How much more writing on the wall do you need?

How many times do you have to read this? Nothing in the imminent future is happening to the ARD division. Big changes are happening to the OFIRMEV hospital sales force, the CAD employees, and the newly developed Hemostat salesforce.

You literally don't know. You're not meeting the Sept goal numbers. The Ofirmev sales force will finally be cut. They already have a hiring freeze on vacant positions. After they cut the sales force, some will be asked to join the small hemostat sales force. Blow ever this sales force will not be a desired job. The territories will be quite large and they will be directly managed by an RBD and a bit under the microscope. The other poster was correct in that everyone should have their resumes updated and be taking initiative to find something else and in a sense beat them to a punch.

This is such bullshit. Ofirmev is selling more vials then before the price increase and at triple the price.
I agree that reps need to be reduced based on the fact the territory expansions were to set up to launch new products. But that hasn't happened. Of course Ron loyd likes to cut sales forces, it his tack record. So it might be plausible but ofirmev is doing well overall.

if you haven't been applying for jobs the entire time you've worked in this shit hole then you are a fool. All the good ones have gotten out, the only people left are the whiners, complainers, that could never make it anywhere else, nobody wants them, thats why they are here.
