that's not true. Our bases our higher than Gynecare and Suture, but my full line ethicon rep made 150 comp and 60 base last year. Trust me, I've gone over the numbers with everyone in our area just to see what was fact and fiction. I also saw Ethicon's rankings reports and some reps were already at the 200 mark in commissions by August. I think it had suture and hernia combined but still I was surprised to see those large numbers.

Ethicon (suture) reps have everything a full line CSR has with the exception of 3 types of mesh..the difference in comp between EP full line and EP suture is very minimal. CSR (suture) reps still have 4 types of mesh and the tacker in the bag.
 


















Tomorrow, the DMs will each get a quick 5, yes FIVE minute phone call with HR and the new Sales Director.

I am sure word will be out on the street by the end of the day. Who has a job, or not.

A few of the manager's positions are staying open and they will look to hire from the outside because they did not like a few of the DM candidates. Wow, that would blow if you were one of those DMs. Now, that is what I call a bad day.

I remember Kip saying on our last call, that some of the rep positions might not be filled by current reps and would be posted...
