Be careful with MH. He is watching this link and had posts deleted about his sexual harassment claims brought against him by managers and outside council. I hope frat brothers and Scilex owners know what they were getting when they hired him.
 


















WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED YESTERDAY? UNQUALIFIED people getting promoted and they didn't even know it? Got the job because they are pets of the hiring manager! Worrying and stressing about losing their jobs and then getting a promotion!!!! Not posting any positions! Everything HUSH HUSH!!! What company does that? It is completely INSANE over here! New leadership who supposedly are very analytical, smart, performance-driven, all about numbers, blah blah and did their diligence on EVERYTHING for 7 weeks without ever speaking to the sales force, and then let that happen yesterday?

That doesn't surprise me. But as a woman who was harassed by him, I will continue to follow him at each of his companies and ensure he doesnt work in this industry anymore.

The new mgt are complete incompetent a holes and are driving Scilex into the ground. Zero hope of IPO of any value if it happens at all so cut bait.

I literally just belly laughed. If we could see MH's phone records and text messages the story would truly be told. And BTW, it's not liable if it is all TRUE!

Multiple lawsuits were filed and your old company folded when they were delivered. Collusion and Harassment were verified. Multiple reps and managers were deposed and then they moved MH out, DD out, and old Shire "buddy" HR rep.

So tell me again about your lawsuit? Moron.

and clearly your not Kyla. MH's unhealthy obsession to fire good managers was recorded as well. Tell me again how many LJ manager's got fired? Even those that stayed at the bottom of the rankings, year in and year out.
 






MH is long gone. He is NOT the problem at Scilex. The problem is a bunch of foreigners who don’t care one bit about the sales force. They don’t know what the word culture means . And it doesn’t matter because they don’t plan to hold on to the company or anyone involved with it. There is NO ONE left in San Diego from a commercial standpoint except Brooke! There is ZERO marketing. Timmi is GONE too! They moved EVERYONE over to Syneos except for the RBDs and ADs. And if they could have moved them over, they would have. Because the bottom line is that Suresh, Jaisim, and all the foreigners at Semnur could care less about people who work for them. They have destroyed what was on its way to be a really cool thing. It wasn’t perfect. But it was FUN and was a product that patients need and HCPs were excited about. All of that has changed. Not one of these new leaders cares about their “contract sales force” or THE PATIENT ,

It is going to be OVER very soon. In more ways than one. ZT Lido is not making the numbers they seek. They don’t have enough investors. The demands on the sales force will be unachievable for ZTLido. The new drug is light years away and they will absolutely sell the commercial rights to another company because they have no interest or investment in the Syneos ZTLido sales force. There have already, since Friday, been several resignations within the sales force. There is NO LEADERSHIP and NO CULTURE. The foreigners who are running this company have driven this place into the ground. We ALL need to get out.
