All companies are doing conference calls, Webex training, and video conferencing. Emil has been great and empathetic that we are all dealing with personal issues at home with kids out of school. Training dept needs to get the same memo that too many of these calls are just busy work. Have calls and share relevant info when needed. This is just busy work to keep us busy that’s not impactful. We are still talking to accounts and getting calls when they need help. I’m still doing what I can virtually.

I got really good at playing my flute. In fact, so good it took me all the way back to Juilliard. So when I still play my flute it’s just in front of a lot more people when I do! That’s the great thing about living in NYC...on the weekends my side job is broadway and I love it!

I think we all need to start thinking of plan b because we don’t know what’s going to be our new normal. Just glad to have a job. In a few months, we all may be looking for employment. Until then, happy conference calls, updating biz plans, and training. Stay safe!

If you consider 185k plus bonus PC pay...you must be joking? The only thing missing from thus company is company car and better medical benefits. Otherwise, it’s a good gig and one of the best for rare disease.

Funny how people inflate base pay. Recruiter just told me that the UCL position is a 145K base 50 bonus and RSU’s and options. If what you’re saying is true then I would be there for the salary you quoted

Recruiter is not accurate. I’m with poster above here who is stating facts. Got sign on bonus, 180k base, rsu/stocks.

Yes, was also told $145k non-negotiable base. Any idea on value/# of the RSUs and options in package?

That wont be the bigger issue you have. It’s the slow to adapt to anything new and our marketing dept is not strong when it comes to promotional materials. On the bright side, new drugs and gene therapy may be a reason to stay. Although lately we have had more turnover in the last 3-4 months than the first 2 years our new sales force all started. Not sure what is happening with the field force?
