Uh oh..Better be carefull

Apparently whatever prison high school diploma program you took while incarcerated, didn't teach you the appropriate use of sarcasm. This thread was to honor Michael Jackson, not for you to come here and vent your hostility.
Get on back to the prison psychiatrist and tell her you still don't get this. She will help you figure it out.

It's nice to see you can still get a job because of Affirmative Action

Medicare link is outdated. Part D made medication coverage via Medicare HMO's only a thing of the past. CLIA waived only matters if you are billing insurance for comprehensive labs. Anyone can charge cash for an in-office dip test or cup, which is what most offices do.

You people are dumb as dirt. What the hell don't you get about not putting our companys business strategies and issues all over the boards? What, you like making us an easy target? STFU. You want to b.s on here, make it about you and your pathetic little gossip about whos doin who, when and where, not about our business, which BTW, is how we make a living. The more of our business you put out here, the more you give away that is going to come back up your ass. Now, as much as you like it up your ass, maybe you need to rethink crappin it out, all over the boards.

So now you all have reps running around with doctors on your speakers bureau telling doctors they should be billing for drug screens and making money doing so. That is a HUGE Medicare and Medicaid violation. First you can't bill for suboxone, its a non-CLIA waived metabolite. You all better reign in those reps and doctors doing so or you all are going to be in a huge financial liability with the medical community. I know doctors have been doing this billing for drug screens, but that doesn't mean they should be doing it. They are clueless right now and with reps telling them they can do it and make money in the mean time is going to explode on everyone involved in such a practice. Companies like Ameritox, Millennium Labs, Aegis, Redwood are all getting vast numbers of doctors in trouble for telling them is OK to engage in such practices. Do you not know the repercussions of Medicare and Medicaid fraud to a doctor? Now I offices are saying that "our suboxone rep" is bring in doctors telling to bill for our drug screens and make a lot mone doing so. Is that what you guys are about? You all better know the law!

Thank you for sharing your game plan with us Loud and Clear, since you seem to have such a keen understanding of "law" What a scream. You've laid out quite the seedy scenario. Tell me, was this what you were taught to do your POA? Perhaps you are new and learned this in potty training? We'll be sure to get the names of reps libeling and slandering us and our company. I got a few names of reps this week. Seems there is no end to the amount of fear you have had over the success of this med. Digging up dirt where you can, manufacturing and exploiting simpleton comments from some medical assistant with a hankering for a box of Sees candies. Tell me, how long have you been at this? Its so shop worn. Your juvenile tactics are backfiring, as usual. You're only making yourself look like the unprofessionals you are. Keep it up, the karma is going to undo you.

It is all down to science and company management. I know for a fact that management at Ameritox is a joke. The COO oringnally came from owning his own small companies and does not have a clue how to run a real company. He is afraid to stand up for what is right in the board meetings and 'takes beatings' from the board then blames employees for his lack of understanding and management.

The CEO and CFO may be good business people but they do not know what happens in Midland and becouse they only know what is happening by Joel (COO) then they have no clue. The COO keeps blaming his faults on employees.

My only hope is that the Baltimore group realize the mess in Midland and Joel that they take all powers away and appoint someone who knows leadership, business, and management.

You don't get the point I am making. Never mind. It's not my job to clarify THE LAW for you.

Maybe if you spent half as much time actually working, instead of coming here to jack us around, you might find yourself doing something productive and constructive.

You must not have many friends or much happening in you life, because you come here daily for attention, most of which is negative. I think you are some kind of sad miserable entity.

Poor pitiful you.

Get a therapist.

How sad. I came here with the hope of finding answers regarding the Medicare billing changes for Suboxone drug screening. What I found was a cryptic, half-intelligible OP that sounds more like a forum troll than a biller/coder and his/her thread that was hijacked by supposed adults with pottymouths. All of you should be ashamed.

With the rapid changes taking place across all medical billing, it's hard to keep up with what billing practices are still legal and what's not, what modifiers are still good and when and where to use them, when to use an NDC code and not, should it be 11 digits or not, etc. Coders and billing specialists should be helping one another with these difficult questions by responding with well developed, intelligent answers in these forums.

So please.... Stop trolling. Stop attacking one another. Stop bickering and help each other.
