Complete failure of Mark F. He made some horrible decisions putting several individuals in positions they had no right occupying in senior management. Poor leaders think everyone is replaceable.

The product is the best in class. More and more injectors are calling after the price change.
Many incompetent folks are let go recently! That's the best!
They will never get the comp plan right here. When you see the OG's leaving in droves to you know it's time to go....you will see many territory shifts, people being "moved" into different roles to save their ass. Revance actually thinks inside sales will just call on the customers and who needs to pay reps?

Crown / Private Equity won't stand for the foolish spending and over population of reps, RSM's Etc. Crown runs a very tight ship on a budget. IF you have never delt with Jeff Bedard (based in TN also) who started Crown Labs 25 years ago and still runs it you are in for a wake up call - compared to how Revance ran that ship into the ground in less than 4 years.
