I can't wait to hear about the meeting in Chicago and how much bullshit these pharma reps have to go through. "Hey oxford, you sell a bullshit TB test....you are a lame-ass pharma company. Stop trying to act like something you're not".
 




































Hey guys, in our regional meeting this week, it looks like we have an opportunity to make 1000 dollars more per qtr!!!!!! Looks like we now will be making 90k a year. Way better than those wannabe reps who left. Goooooooo OXFD!!!

Those in our great organization who succeed know that I have an open door policy and that we leaders value the contributions of those associates who own their performance instead of making pathetic excuses and hiding on silly message boards.
 






We have to agree with the 2nd above post. Leader, are the worst first line manager there is most people think you are rude, disrespectful, and want nothing to do with you and what you are about. That is inside the company and outside the company. When you leave things will be great. When opportunities come if if they are good people take them and do not look back.
