My partner sells Medicare policies and is making 15k more in base and about 3-4 times as much in bonuses and doesn't put up with half the crap I do right now. "There once was an idea called Rome......."
 






















































It was focused around finding the problems in the sales force of course. Why aren't they focused? Why aren't they being 'successful'. Is there a new a different way to talk about dub micron Diclofenac' amazing benefits. Is there a way to make Dr's give a sh-t? How can we get these reps to increase frequency to every other day in office that have written. You know, this thing which endear your a customer! Goodness
 






Doctors want to see data on how Zorvolex does against $4 Diclofenac. Proof that it's safer & better tolerated than a $4 drug. Until then, good luck selling against Celebrex.

Unrealistic goals...what new BRANDED medication comes out in to the market with this much generic competition...the benefit is not quantifiable in the data
 






We list another off our team yesterday... She said she was going to increase wages by at least 10k by going door to door selling frozen fish out of back of refrigerator truck. Ohh boy
