True....Inventiv helps with nothing...especially finding one anther job/contract. They are slowly displacing everyone, w/o a contract in place for them, because they know this ship is sinking and they will have made nothing on it.....including not getting paid for the reps they "hired".

Of course Inventiv is PIP-ing and displacing reps. It's pure economics with the way below performance of this pig product. Sure there are a few territories at plan. More than 80% are below. Therefore Inventiv has been hacking away at bottom of all regions for past three qtrs. if you are not at the top, you are in the target zone for next PIP.mplain and simple.,you will have 60 days and then you will be "displaced". Be smart and leave this shit hole now!
