An employer can require you to do all sorts of things in exchange for a job, just read your employment agreement. And they can add to it any time they wish.Yes, very strange times we're in. This pandemic has temporarily allowed emergency use authorization for some companies to mandate our otherwise private health care choices as terms of employment. Many companies, not just Starbucks, have already changed their now defunct vaccination policies. It's now clear that vaccines do not stop the spread, therefore mandates are and have been useless.
