You could be right, but you gotta trust me on this one. On paper, it will be better to be a laughingstock rep than a laughingstock NSD like you are. Just saying.
 
















































Came here for info on Tricida offers but this entire post is from trolls at Opko. Obviously not a happy group. Can we quit talking about what you don’t have there, how disgruntled you are with your awful leaders and get back to Tricida! yes, sorry for what? Our NSD Patti S isn’t all bad but is part of the problem. When you don’t give people a raise for over 3 years, you shouldn’t expect them to stay, no apologies needed! I’ve had enough of the promises!
You had to interview before coming here so why didn’t you ask questions? Like- is there a yearly performance review and is there a raise ? Whats the IC plan and what percentage of reps hit over 100%? 75%? etc? “0” %. OPKO is not a real professional company. Its a hobby for frost.

When it comes to OPKO don’t expect to be treated with industry norms. Base pay is all over the board and once you accept what they offer that is it. Even if new hires are coming in 20, 30, 40k higher than you.

I actually was given a raise, as was my colleague out on the Farm when he was promoted. Was told to keep it hush hush because we were the only 2 getting anything. Wouldn’t want to upset the Apples
