Transplant - Worst Manager to Ever Exist!

Wow, what a bitter bunch! Is this worst manager ever really that bad or are you just a bunch of whiners?
We have one of the idiots leaders chiming in here, how ironic! You're most likely one of the morons who helped cause this moral problem. You must have flunk simple math, 5 out of 7 gone (and that's just for starters) in her Central region, those 5 reps all reported her because of her odd crazy behavior! She would accuse people of not working yet she might have only worked in the field with them 2-3 times a year, but did everything to oust everyone under her out of the company. This is what happens when HR tries to protect the wolf in the hen house, they just eat their own! I have never seen this level of stupidity in my entire life from HR and management, in any company. One of the reps on the West Coast was written up by her for Jaywalking? WTH? I love how Takeda talks about being a speak up culture and when you do speak up all you do is paint a target on your back. CB & SL should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this POS to exist, yet alone be allowed to be a manager at this company. She should be cleaning toilets and stalls at your local sports arena that serves baked beans and beer!
 






The Jaywalking thing is a real thing for KT. Not the first time she has played that card. She has nothing to bring to the table at ride alongs so she talks about where to cross a street. She doesn’t go in the field…once in 2 1/2 years. Then talks about parking and crossing the street. No clinical data or business acumen. She is a complete waste of space. CB and SL are shameful. Just wondering what CS is thinking.
 






It is deeper than this. Something is wrong with her. She lies. She falsifies field coaching logs, she targets individuals to fire. She’s consistently last in performance and yet HR, legal, and management continues to support her?? She’s costing Takeda thousands by constantly driving reps away or firing them??? Everyone is asking why.
 






Let's rephrase the above, she is costing them hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. She is the worst person/manager I have ever met, a good manager should be looked at on how well their team as doing and how many people have been promoted! She doesn't nor never will know the words "How can I help you!"

Here is Takeda-ism: Integrity, Fairness, Honesty and Perseverance! She has none of these traits, maybe the only one is "Perseverance" at being a complete untrusting, dishonest asshole! Takeda has a commitment for doing the right thing and having a "Speak UP" Culture is so laughable no wonder why the company is completely failing in everything they do lately.
 






I blame one person for this mess…..CB! His passive aggressive behavior is evident in so many interactions. I’ve witnessed how he first hand how he treats people. CS, you can’t be blind to what he’s done to the spirit of this franchise. His one spiteful move to include DY in the downsizing has impacted the entire team. If you want real answers, have the guts to ask every KAM on this team about his leadership. All you have to do is look at the West team and see how many fantastic we’ve lost since his dumbass move. No one is lying about KT’s behavior….it’s real and it’s scary. I too am amazed that the company is blind to her evil ways. Hell, she makes up her own rules for expense reports that are beyond company policy. She sits like a vulture and pounces on any mistake instead of coaching to strengths and making people better. Hey CB, how many of DY’s people have left the company since KT took over?!?! For that matter, how many of her own team have left the company?!?! Yet you and KS turn a blind eye to the obvious. Pathetic!!!

As long as we can control her to some degree, she fits our mold for manager. Coaching not to cross the street illegally might have just have saved the rep’s life! I think if she had grabbed the rep’s hand as they both crossed the street might have been a better and safer option. Manager’s love their reps and want to protect them, just like HR.
