The point was the conference call was an embarrassment, to say the things Monty said to us was a disgrace. A lot of people worked very hard and we were told "if you work really hard and Pfizer decides to roll people over you'll get rolled over". Monty said "I expect 90% of this contract to be rolled in" Now we see it was around 50% that's a disgrace.
You could some of the utter disappointment in peoples voices on that call, some people really thought they were getting this position, the problem is they have no plan B.
By the second week of December we'll all be out of work, you heard December will be basically close out month

You sound like a real naive person, a babe in the woods. Companies about to downsize always tell their reps to "work as hard as you can and you'll be kept on". Don't fall for that ever again. They just want the naive ones to work their asses off to make more money for the company. In your case it worked, you fell for it. Next time spend a majority of your time job hunting when you are told to work harder.

The really pathetic part of the call was there were people on it that thought and still think they're getting the position.
Monty basically said if you didn't get a call yet that's because Pfizer is trying to find someone better, but if they don't then you'll get a call. PATHETIC

It was only 20% because only 20% deserved to be transistioned. I work in PSS HQ and most of the reps we had on this contract were complete losers and not worthy of working for Pfizer. You whiny dimwits of here that were not transitioned need to look in the mirror. Try retail.

Why wish This on Retail? We would then run the risk of interacting with them at the mall. No one promised anything with this contract and I am grateful this PO$ will not be a part of Pfizer. The last thing I want is to have CAPS BOY from the East joining me in January at our 1st Pfizer Sales team meeting. Glad to leave him in the dust....I have a hunch who he is...and will be glad to forget 'em! For the rest of our team who did not make a successful Transition I am confident you will land well. Just dont let CAPS BOY represent you.
