The point was the conference call was an embarrassment, to say the things Monty said to us was a disgrace. A lot of people worked very hard and we were told "if you work really hard and Pfizer decides to roll people over you'll get rolled over". Monty said "I expect 90% of this contract to be rolled in" Now we see it was around 50% that's a disgrace.
You could some of the utter disappointment in peoples voices on that call, some people really thought they were getting this position, the problem is they have no plan B.
