What contract are you referring to? Being specific or detailed is clearly NOT one of your strong suits...maybe THIS is why you weren't retained?

I don't think it was all Pfizer, Publicis had a hand in this too.


Did anybody notice there were a lot of people on this email for the transition call who are ranked very high on the weeklies, but will not get an offer.
By the way offers went out Monday

Yes they did. Keeping bodies in place to bill Pfizer for as many worked hours as possible. I will have to hand it to them. It worked giving people false hope. I guess performance wasn't everything. I don't know what else matters as long as you were compliant getting the business.

Do you really think that Pfizer wants people out in the field who worked their asses off to launch Xeljanz only to be told we weren't a good fit (remember present and former Pfizer reps had first preference).
I've heard people were told your not to tell the offices or the physicians you didn't get the job either

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Monty kept asking if anybody had any questions. I wanted to ask him WTF? These people really appreciate a years worth of hard work. Elitist arrogant pr!cks.

REALLY? Then how come a lot of the people on the call were in the top 20 in the nation? How come not one person in the NY district didn't get hired? Right Pfizer primary care reps can do a much better job.
Again it's all about the your manager if he/she likes you were in, if not it didn't matter how good you did all year you weren't getting the position.

The point was the conference call was an embarrassment, to say the things Monty said to us was a disgrace. A lot of people worked very hard and we were told "if you work really hard and Pfizer decides to roll people over you'll get rolled over". Monty said "I expect 90% of this contract to be rolled in" Now we see it was around 50% that's a disgrace.
You could some of the utter disappointment in peoples voices on that call, some people really thought they were getting this position, the problem is they have no plan B.
By the second week of December we'll all be out of work, you heard December will be basically close out month

If you have no plan B because you trusted 2 complete shit companies like PSS and Pfizer would take care of you then you deserve to be screwed over. They are just doing what they always do. They don't give a rat's ass about the reps, never have never will. Try to get smarter dummy.

I didn't trust Pfizer and Publicis to take care of me. I trusted myself to take care of me by working hard and being engaged. You have to trust people to get ahead. Problem is what Pfizer and Publicis said they wanted was not what they based the hiring decision on.
