Quote from above:
"One should lean more towards the lack of real leadership at location levels to bring in business by doing their job of getting their SR's, CSR's and PST's excited about coming into work and working within the confines of a corporate business..."

I think I already know how to get my location employees excited if you catch my drift. But how am I supposed to get a pst excited??

Just don't see it happening....you don't even excite us here on the "board" let alone F2F ibet. Your are such a MANgina give it up already. You don't like Rotech b/c your LCM (whom you pretend to be here) gave you the boot right up your arse where SHE needed to.

She did her job and got rid of a pot stirring, do nothing who seems to be bitter too.

Rotech has problems in certain areas b/c employees don't come in ready to work and pull their weight. Glad to see in some areas Rotech is weeding the heard and getting rid of all the dead weight so they can be winners in all areas when the new blood comes in.

I'm guessing you will not be one of them.

Ask anyone who knows about the location in question how many males (pst's, cinincians, or sr's) this manager just could'nt tolerate-- or as you say, "got a boot in the arse".
Has nothing to do with not pulling weight or sour grapes of which quite aware.
This is about is management tolerating bad behavior (and resulting poor business) for the sake of political correctness itself.
Here's to hoping that the next "boot in the arse" will come from an actual pr. of high heels for once, which every woman should wear at least once in her life. They can even be worn with any pant suit.

Hmmm seems as if your shift at Chick-fil-A is done for the day!

When it comes right down to it...it's ONE LOCATION...period! Anyone who worked in this location and allowed it to continue, needs to take a bit of the blame too. You should have stuck up for yourself, followed the chain of command. If that did not work and if it was as bad as you say, why did you not go to PA Dept of Labor?

Why come on a board where people want to know real facts (and sure with some twist/turns & a bit of gossip) and attempt to turn every thread around to this one location.

Give us facts w/out giving away who you are in an adult manner and maybe you would get some real "satisfaction", if only in your mind.

And by the way, I know of a store that an employee did go to the Dept of Labor and HR could not move fast enough to resolve the issue that had been hidden from them. It can be done.

I hear through the grapevine there will be an opening for LCM in NJ. The balls about to come down hard there. LCM can't hack it anymore. There's a lot of problems and RM is feed up. From what I see should happen before labor day weekend so put in your transfer request ASAP if your interested in north new jersey.

Site visits at no location only shows she is capable of completi g paperwork and following instructions. It does show she is a good manager, knows how to I crease roi, maintain customer base, increase customer base, or retain SR as employees.
She should be gone, gone gone.

Agree! However, Rotech is looking for what looks good on paper for the "smoke & mirror" show for the higher up's. Must work in his/her case.

Poor old Barb what is she going to do now? It's time she moved on. I was the RT there for the last 4.5 years. Left because of her and rotech and the way she handles the location. It's real bad there. She has her head stuck so far up the rectum of ROTECH she doesn't know right from wrong anymore. I lived 38 miles from the location and if I had to do a cpap set up in the morning say for my next door neighbor I had to drive to the location punch in then drive 38 miles back to my neighbors house to do the set up then drive 38 miles back to the location because she say that's the ROTECH policy. Anybody out there see any logic to that? She' a total ass. That's the way she handles everything there, won't bend a rule for anything. She has no management logic. She has even less medical knowledge and should not be able to make decisions on how to manage patients on oxygen or any medical equipment. I guess I was blinded by the fact that I needed a job but I really should not have let her get away with a lot of the crap she did. All the sales people that left in the time I was there saw things clearer than I did and left in a hurry. Don't know how I lasted 4.5 years there. So maybe good old Barb can finally retire now.

It sounds as if you are honest in why you stayed for such a length of time. It is difficult to leave any job when you have others to support. It is sad too, to see a location not perform to a level it could by the continued "covering" of a so so LCM by Rotech. In your case it does not seem as if the AM would have paid attention. As long as those reports are "clean" they truly do not delve all that deep. In the meantime, workers such as yourself will leave and they will continue to rebuild the location over and over again.

Plus, I am sure they are just scratching their heads, not understanding why yet another worker with great potential has left. Never looking at the real issues, that being the LCM and the lack of what you have stated. Even if that LCM is a nice person, does not mean he/she - Barb in this case - should be an LCM.

Unless there is an outright walk out by all at the location, they will continue to look the other way because to many areas are so short staffed.

All this blubbering about LCM's. Management has kept me here as an LCM throughout 4 male drivers, 1 male clinician, and 1 male S.R.. Now we are'nt even allowed another clinician because the damage has been done and is irreversible- (not to mention that no one wants to work under me).
Everyone should stop blaming us LCM's. As long as we get our reports in on time and know exactly how to see to it that certain documents are fudged properly, then we will always be the last to go. And then again we're always open to absorbing other locations in our areas. That in itself pads our numbers.

You really need to stop trying to "re do" your previous postings...taking out a word or two just does not cut it for you. The Chick-fil-A shift must be over for the day.

Again, give us some ADULT insight and someone will listen...hit and run's and attempts over and over again just make you seem lame.

Give us some R E A L facts for once.
