I am considering transferring to another location if I can find one needing a location manager.
I hear these positions are almost never vacated involuntarily, and I'll have to wait for someone to either leave 1st or die.
Does anyone know a position opening due to those reasons?
(serious answers only please)

Sounds like the best place for you to start is to look at your listings available to all Rotech locations on what is available. Sometimes the most simple step is the best one to start out on.

First of all, I asked who might die or be looking to vacate. The dashboard does'nt tell this.
Secondly, I would not want to move very far from the east.
Does anyone know who might be close to death or vacating their LCM position?

I've been given 4 months to live, if you can wait until I die you can have my position. I might go sooner if you're lucky! And it' hasn't been a dashboard for years. Is RIC.

OK. Since you're going to die anyway, can I help you along a little sooner? And can you tell me about the location employees? Male? Female? Straight? Any info would help.

Hires of like are reserved for Rotech's flagship locations. They typically exceed in both revenues and service.

Good grief..just another sad attempt by the "I am the pretend LCM of the W PA store, Bucth Blotech" trying to sneak in another thread.

Set up a blog of your own already and bash her there and YOUR fantasy of what she is or isn't and let the big kids write here.

Geeez! Someone out there is pretty sensitive and must think the world revolves around them or something. Just because I'm asking about an lcm position in no way implies any certain lcm.
Get over yourself!

I think the poster is spot on! Not only this one, but the one before it when they called you out on calling it a "dashboard" vs what it is really called at this time, the RIC.

Maybe you need to get over yourself.

If you were truly looking for another LCM position it would not just be all over the map but a certain area, like any adult would do.

Rotech must not be all that bad ...since you seem to want to stay.

Rotech is not a bad place, they really try to make it good. Not in all area's but there is much more good than bad going on.

Thank you so much!
Now, to that lcm position. I would consider anywhere, but preferably near the east region.
But i really do need to know about the employees first. I need to know that they would'nt hold some secret grudge against my inclinations, and that all would be harmonious.

Have you not proven again, your little world revolves around YOU....see #16 posting...you just can not restrain yourself from Rotech LCM bashing.

Face it, Rotech was good for you and you are just mad b/c you didn't take advantage of all the fun LCM Butch and her CSR "D" were having and now you are just trying to get into her good graces again. Buuuusted!

Put in an application for the W PA area and lower NYS, Rotech will take you back.

They have a wonderful new computer system and they are always top in the field of service when an order comes in....just go for it and get back on the gravy train.

GOOD LUCK

Just to illustrate how much you're full of shit, the "wonderful" computer system you brag about is a very big reason Rotech LOST money in the last quarter. See for yourself in the quarterly report.
I can promise you, anyone who has left this p.o.s. company is definitely not missing it.

Not full of it at all! The media reported what Carter and the rest of the board wanted them to think. Do you really think a simple change in a computer program could do all that ????

One should lean more towards the lack of real leadership at location levels to bring in business by doing their job of getting their SR's, CSR's and PST's excited about coming into work and working within the confines of a corporate business...and that would go for any corporate owned company, not just Rotech.

A simple change in computer programs can not be blamed for all the ills at Rotech.

Plus, look at the services and equipment they offer, not really different than the other DME's in some area's. Of course there are area's their LCM's are spot on and doing a wonderful job of getting everyone together for the success of their location....they are the one's pulling along the "lazy" in the company and the one's who are blaming a computer program.

I think I already know how to get my location employees excited if you catch my drift. But how am I supposed to get a pst excited??
