The email said proper attire is required. What does that mean? Business casual? Are we going to be able to see the whole class or just the instructor? Are we going to be asked to do role plays?

Trainees please do not get nervous or panic. Everything will come together. Put your time into the studying process, and you will come out with flying colors. Everyone at Oncall & Pfizer want you to do well. Just relax and do your thing.

Okay well if that is the truth, then stop the repetative emails for the same thing over and over. It is just confusing the hell out of everyone. I know I'm going with what I have and if I pass then fine, if not, then I don't care, and this roll play via iPad is stupid, shouldn't the actual managers have some control over this, and simplify this? I know this training pay is ridiculous also, I've gone way over what you are paying us for, and another thing, if you are sending out an email asking us to complete a certain training, then make sure the email subject is the same as the training subject on our syllabus. Just a suggestion.
