Says the person who writes and spells like an 11 year old texts. I'm sure Regeneron will manage without you.
 












I was called for a position in training and laughed when I heard who I would work for. Regeneron may be strong but certain departments are bad. Training is one of them. No thanks Deb. The reputation you have is that you do NOT know adult learning, are rude and vendor dependent. THAT does not make for a good training leader.
 












This dept is poor and sadly vendor driven b/c no one can actually develop or create,
It is poorly viewed and no one respects Deb. What can you do? Until they wake up upstairs and see the reality, the shit will stay and stink.
