There's no specific CA law against workplace bullying, only AB2053 requiring training against abusive conduct. If your planning legal action, your lawyers must use existing laws. Unfortunately there are few laws against cruelty toward workers in general. Nearly anything goes at work. You'd be better protected as an animal in the vivarium.
 






The worst type of boss is the one who was super successful doing shady shit and selling it off like he/she was successful doing it the "right way". They get promoted and want to continue with success and have no concept or idea how to manage people. Sadly there is a lot of these dopes here!
 












The best organizations to work for are ones where you feel like your contribution is valued. That value is shown in many ways, but perhaps the most important is when organizations follow through on the commitments they make.

Bad boss? You've got to make a decision. Is s/he new to managment or the company? Sticking it out and working for change might pay off. If their failings are well established, it's time to move on. If you can't go immediately, find activities outside of work that bring you joy and satisfaction. Consider mindfulness and relaxation practices such as yoga and meditation. Practice positive self-talk by reminding yourself that you are not the problem. Remember, you can’t control how your boss behaves, but you can control how you respond to their behavior. It's tempting to try and live with it, but move on is the solution.

I can’t believe they are dragging the same baggage over here that got the DOJ up their asses at Avanir. How stupid and morally bankrupt are they? We are being told to look for the exact patients that they shoved down their fake ass product throats. WTF?
