If you are a PCP rep, you got ZERO new information about your future today. But way to ask relevant questions about XR kits.

Sure. We all got new info.

10-13% in now 13%. Notice as well, nothing was said about that 13% including vacancies this time around.

We did find out FSR1 is completely safe will be be the GI sales force for the combined company.
 








Thanks jerry and bill for all your open communication its been great. What those two wind bags told me today was expect a bloodbath in 20 days. Rome is burning and the emperor is a douche.

Didn't they say there would be 3-5 reps per territory after cuts?

Seriously, someone correct me if I am wrong. If we are left with 3-5 reps per territory then that is over the 13% cut line.

Once again, correct me if I am wrong.

I get what you are saying. However, if it was to hold at 13% and with what you are saying then wouldn't that mean that territories would get smaller...meaning more territories?

Not trying to argue but territories will not get smaller. If anything some territory boundaries will push outward.

My friend you ARE SO RIGHT ! Good pharma sales reps are hard to find. I know. I recruit. If anyone out there wants to double their salary in one year then pick up the phone next time your friendly recruiter calls. You owe it to yourself as opportunity may only knock once. Just look at all the crazy posts on this site and you will realize that somethings can be improved. When we call, Listen, ask questions, and be pro-active and get your resume into circulation. We are here to HELP YOU.

ANNNDD make a commission on filling a equally miserable corporate sales job. Thanks but you're not necessary.
Pharma is dead everyone, if you haven't realized it you're in denial. My friend works at a start up tech company and makes 15k a month in commission...WITH A HIGHER BASE. f**k this place. Times have changed and pharma is the new Enterprise.

My friend, you are SO WRONG ! Look at the survey in the WSJ and see that the way to the top is THROUGH CAREER MANAGERS - that's spelled R-e-c-r-u-i-t-e-r-s ! We work for literally chump change and the company pays us....not the employee / client we are helping. You have nothing to loose. We don't need your business as we are swamped with applications. This is purely an altruistic endeavor.
