You are an idiot. Just look at the Mosaic for the year so far. The nation is getting crushed like never before. When you see a national drop like this you can't blame the fields ability to sell. You have to start thinking about arming us with something new.

I know that is a foreign concept to you because you have gotten away with murder for so long. It's time to think outside the world of pk and retrospective reviews. Arm your salesforce dumbass.

It's your job to arm us with the tools and resources to be successful. When was the last time we were issued new data? In fact, the opposite has happened. Over the last year we have been stripped of numerous resources and tools that aided in the products growth. What you are implementing is failing... Look around at the nation.

congratulations, you have picked off the low hanging fruit in the generic topiramate space giving you a whopping 4-5% share of topiramate use.

maybe now is the time to use those selling skills you think you possess and convert some business.

yeah, I forgot about your vast Pharma experience that covers clinical trials, regulatory, commercialization and M&A.

you were hired to sell a molecule, not a platform.

the molecule was approved in the quickest, least risky and least costly way possible to avoid over burdening the company with costs that needed to be recouped.

Do you have any idea how much clinical studies cost? Even IITs cost millions and only provide anecdotal data that likely won’t meet your high standards.

if you want a new molecule that is going to have new data every year or so, you are and have been at the wrong company. The fact that you are still here making excuses is a good indicator no one else will take you.

As far as my "vast" experience I'd be steering this ship a lot better than you. See I understand that in order to make money you have to spend money. I understand that you get what you pay for. You seem to have forgotten those key principles in generating revenue. You hired reps with zero experience and you haven't spent a dime on any studies that would drive sales.
