Top Ten Things I won't Miss About Leo.....

10: Having to sign in a half dozen passwords before I can get into my stupid computer

9: Lotus Notes (hello people, it's 2012)

8: Listening to doctors complain about the lack of Medicare coverage for Picato

7: Pretending I give a shit about the assertive selling initiative my DM is pushing

6: DD's aggressive east coast style hair

5: JK's bullshit feigned passion about the Leo Values (as if they ever meant anything)

4: No promotion budget during a "second to none" product launch (HILARIOUS)

3: Hearing Dave spout off about how Picato is a "no brainer" a "game changer"

2: Not getting paid bonus even though I hit my numbers but missed some stupid threshold

1: Hearing the word "gang" coming from the septic hole that is DD's gaping stupid mouth

I will definitely miss the paycheck every two weeks until I land somewhere else but the further I get from the layoffs, the better I feel about not being stuck in the hell that is Leo. I had to get kicked to the curb to see it all clearly and now I realize I am better off unemployed than my peers who stayed on. Thanks Leo!!

Oh my..... this is an old post but are things still this bad here? Was going to interview!

Things are actually probably worse now. Cleaned house with the horrible old upper management and actually replaced them with even worse people. New CEO seems good but new VP of sales will run this company down just like GSK did to Stiefel. For some reason GSK upper management do not understand that Dermatology should not be handled in the same big pharma mentality that drives other divisions. If you have a good job or lets face it if you have a job I would not make the move over to LEO. Sorry to be negative but its the truth.

I could not agree more. And what about all of the missing prescriptions Nationwide in our reporting systems?

I hear that's it bad here, but for those of us in a "beggars can't be choosers" position, what's the base salary range? I read on a previous post from a couple of years ago that the company was "working" on increasing it.

Leo has entered in to an austerity phase to pay for the Ph3 phograms and all the outsourced systemic stuff so I wouldnt hold your breath for something more than some industry average salary

Ha haha you fucking moron! 2017 and the only growth was your fat ass.

Actually things at LEO are going to be great. It is a shame you won't be here to be a part of it. But it will be just fine. In fact eventually it will be awesome and you will be wishing you were part of that growth.LEO is transforming into something great. You can be a part of that and help build it, or not. I don't really care, because I choose to be part of that transformation and growth. I'm excited about my futire. How about you?

And that post is from July 13, 2012. In nearly 5 years, has anything gotten better? Are you still excited about being part of the exciting transformation and growth? Chances are, you probably got cut months after posting and now you work for a contract company. Hope your "futire" worked out well. Loser.

Always fun digging this one up. Been six years and Leo is still a flaming shithole pretending to be a real pharma specialty company. Fuck Leo and all the douchebags running the show.

Seriously couldnt agree with you more there is a reason why this thread keeps appearing and reappearing.
If you aren't a man and you dont play the right politics you have no future

Or you step on other people to get a HQ position in management when you are in Fr.
Seriously nasty.
Actually it is really a bit like versatile with a queen and her court
