He is trying real hard to impress that new boss of his with a fancy account plan next week because his ideas for sales continue to fail just like he has as a vaccine director.

The year is almost over and customers don't feel like being pressured to sign up for another Merck self serving pricing program. Can you be anymore desperate to please Jan? The CTL's are too scared to tell Tom that the December deadline for HIF is unreasonable. I hope 0 customers sign up. The field is fed up with Tom's self preservation fire drills.

Management will no doubt micromanage the hell out of next year's ped vaccine launches but at the pediatricians will give us access and actually consider buying what we are trying to sell.

Agreed. TL and the CTL's will make the ped vaccine launches as painful as possible with tracking sheets, business plans and relentless presence.

Send just Tom over to Africa to sell the new Ebola vaccine. He loves to travel all of the time and be in doctors' offices. It would be win for Merck and a big relief for his beat up region.
