Lol. I will not put his name on front street. However: if you currently are a CONMED employee and you know of an associate opening you can probably figure it out. If you recently interviewed for an associate role with CONMED you also may know of who I am talking about and likely share the same experience. I mixed in some fabrications on the time frame on when this happened to give a little smokescreen to the identity of this person (some professional respect, taking the high road). Bottom line is.. he sucked. He is trying to find a "Doctor" for a position that pays less than McDonald's pays it's assistant managers. I understand med sales is a very competitive industry but that does not give the company a right to take advantage of this situation in today's economy by raising unrealalistic expectations for a very low paying position.

I will leave you with this.. He looks like?
A). an Eskimo B). Mexican Mongoloid C.) Welterweight Sumo wrestler D.) None of these

Not Brian here but we are trying give us a break.

We always hire copy guys, wanna be sports stars, ex-pharma, new college grads, insurance guys, Pizza hut delivery boys, cheerleaders, nurses and most of all AVERAGE people.

Just an update. The dude got fired!! Wow, not surprised. Many complaints to recruiter from interviewers. Never wish that on anyone. I sincerely wish him the best. Never ever think you are too big for your britches. Stay humble.
