Did anyone else get laid off.
Elizabeth H. in HR got canned. But no one in marketing or the dot that runs sales. Hell, he shoud have been the first one gone, but he and Lou are lovers.
Did anyone else get laid off.
Let's see, debone, Tate, Amick, Kennedy and not sure who else. Basically there are 4 RAMS left. Yeager really fucked them this time. He really fucked them hard. What goes around comes around. Do you cocks suckers understand that? I'm coming and I'm bringing HELL with me!!!
Let's face it. Our RAM's all pretty much sucked. They did absolutely NOTHING for this company or our product. Two were exceptional jokes. Had no clue as to what they were doing. Big difference between a reimbursement manager and a RAM. RAM is a big league position with a big amount of responsibility. You need a lot of experience and long term relationships and contacts with customers. Our "RAM's" who we let go had neither. Glorified speciality reps were all they were. Our company paid the price for their ineptness in my opinion.
I at least hope they got a good severance, but it really was time for them to move on. We'll be a better place for it.
Paid the price? The TSMs/KAMs can't even sell K! The RAMs paved the way (the original ones) for managed care... And the coverage was there. Good luck!
That's completely revisionist history. You have got to be kidding. The RAM's have always been horrible. Had no clue what they were doing. Had no real experience as RAM's and it showed. The one down here was so clueless. She was in way over her head and it showed in her presentations and reports. She was a glorified speciality or hospital rep and not a RAM. We all would laugh about her and her inability to understand managed care and coverage issues. We have no clue how she got the job let alone survived for so long. I guess they must have really needed someone who could speak spanish.

Hey asswipe, She forgot more managed care than you would ever know in 10 lifetimes! Crawl back into the shithole that you came out of! This company was doomed from the start and it had little to do with RAMs or KAMs ,it had to do to with dumbass lack of upper management.
You sir, are an ignorant fool if you honestly believe what you typed above. Nice language, as well. Profanity is the sign of a lazy mind. It's no wonder you would assert such a defense for one of your own ilk. You are a little man who hasn't a clue.

So, I'm hearing they are going to do more chopping in managed care. Any truth to the rumor? I don't think they can do much more chopping unless they want them to each cover half the nation. When will the crazy doo doo heads stop the insanity?
