No insurance is going to pay for SOF + DAC. You would have to give DAC away for free in order to make it price competitive for the SOF + DAC combo. Gilead has no incentive to offer a reduced price for SOF if combined with DAC. Call me when you file your DAC + ASV + Non-Nuc regimen.

One of my docs said that we were hammered at CROI especially by one of the leading experts at the HCV symposium. Where is our medical team!!!!!!!!!???????????????

Yeah...BMS moved many of their HCV reps to Oncology along with lots of other people. Each oncology territory is shared by 4-5 reps! What a joke. Oncology has worse access than GI and your going to share that with all these counterparts? 6 months and it will be reduced to 2. Not a good move!

Under normal circumstances, I would agree 100%. But BMS is seemingly putting all of their eggs in the oncology basket, and the PD1 drug is pretty amazing and is likely to score indication after indication. You may turn out to be correct, but it's probably more lucrative than you think, although I don't see how a pod of 4-5 is gonna not fall over each other.
