It'll never happen...the boards are being utilized by those that you stated and by looking at the grammar, style of sophomoric humor, it is probably just a couple of people cluttering the boards. I read this board strictly for entertainment purposes. There ARE disgruntled Talecris employees. Whether or not they are posting here is hard to say. The reality is that no matter what you doing in the company, you risk standing out and being called out for making noise. There are good employees, happy employees, bad employees and pissy employees. But, what business doesn't have that? The boards are no reflection of what is going on even if there is a smattering of truth scattered through out.

It is really that bad here. Whether its TPR or TBI ~ its a horrible culture led by greedy men who are looking to cash in and get out. They ride on a stellar manufacturing process and best in class products. . . . .therefor no one has to really do anything else. You are either part of the group that has who stock ( a few) or the group that doesn't ( many). That's the story - plain and simple.
