Funny thing I've noticed in almost 5 years here (I came on during aristada launch) is that marketing and product managers want absolutely no input from the field. Oh they hold their focus panels with a few select field peeps but don't listen to a word we say. It seemed to be more of a let's get some of the field reps in and have them help us promote our new strategy/focus to their peers. They don't listen to our feedback, they just use us to push their misguided marketing agenda.
Let's look at the failed Aristada strategies since launch:
1. launch like we are the market leader and go after oral and the big ALAI's
2.Have convaluted messaging about all our dosages (doc's confused by that and only want to remember one or two dosages).
3. Now they have us going after specific share attainment for specific part d plans?! WTF??!!!! This is just INSANE.
Sad thing is its' a good drug just wrong marketing plan after wrong marketing plan...
LISTEN TO US IN THE FIELD MARKETING PEOPLE. Shoudl be another snoozer of an NSM. See you all in Dallas unless I grow a pair and tell this company to eat a peach.
