TLL salary

























Meanwhile there are 0 TLL openings anywhere in the country. So, this is all fabricated nonsense. No one has ever voluntarily left a TLL role here that I know of. 100% retention. Must be a terrible job with those stats!
 






You are an idiot - TLLs are way over paid, have small geographies and their assigned HCPs are trained by MSLs - why would they leave?? If you are okay working 10-15 hours a week for a morally corrupt organization with the culture of a toxic waste dump - then this job is for you! Be prepared for tireless sexual harassment from one of the leads!
 






TLL is the single most overhyped role in the organization. They attend every conference, speaker training, RBD meeting and ad board they possibly can to show they are working. Then they check in with the MSL so they can parrot back talking points from providers and make it seem like they actually spoke to a physician. Double or triple count the "engagements" and presto, they become a vital resource. What a joke.

Why are you asking? There are no open positions. TLLs work their asses off here so not sure the above poster knows what they are talking about. Clearly they have no clue all the crap that needs to get done to build a speaker bureau which the MSLs have Zero to do with. That is not their job. It’s the TLLs.

Amen! The TLL’s here are amazing from what I see. Mine is exceptional and had lots of existing relationships prior to my arrival which made my life a lot easier. My TLL seems to be on a plane everyday. So the above poster is a jealous jerk!
 






Point of clarification. TLL’s don’t train speakers. The MSL’s do. TLL’s are not medically qualified to train KOL’s. TLL’s work with speakers after they are trained to develop the relationship.
