TLL position opening?

The TLL role will be virtually non-existent by the end of the year. IF you decide to take the job, work your way in-house ASAP or try to land a CS position in your franchise.

The TLL's get so much access to their TL's. No one else in the field has that kind of access. The company is going the wrong way with their decisions on this.

Now that’s funny! The CS has the relationships, not the new TLL’s. I agree the TLL is a useless position that can be covered by the CS, which is pretty much already happening now.

The TLL role has been diminishing moshed over the years, the MSL has better access and more activity with thought leaders.

tlls are there to speak off label and cs speaks on label. That’s how the game works.

TLL’s can do nothing different than the CS can do. Our MSL’s can speak off label. Our TLL’s are part of commercial. In other words it is a over paid position that brings no value to the franchise. Most TLL’s have less of a relationship with customers than the CS does. You want to save money? Eliminate TLL’s and about 2/3 of managers and most of Marketing. We don’t need them to generate revenue for the company. The CS’s are responsible for sales and do the work.

MSLs can't just walk in and speak off label. Not so simple.

TLL function is evaporating one day at a time and as far as Sarah Jerome goes, there's no bigger (literally and figuratively) fraud at GNE. Empty suit and an unethical power hungry dirty player.
