I think what you meant to say was, R2P Destination was the first radial length hydrophilic catheter ever brought to market to effectively and consistently treat peripherals from the wrist. The amount of these devices getting "stuck" compared to every other option in the market is night and day, which is why it's the market leader. Nobody died from a radial sheath, complications can and do happen with every device, but there is a reason the radial market keeps growing every single year and Terumo leads all categories of radial devices.
