Time To Unionize

Habib,

a reverse split is not a plan, nor does it indicate a rebound.

lit is a last ditch effort to remain solvent by a failed leadership team that has bungled every opportunity (except their compensation).
A union may be our best opportunity to protect our rights and to secure a decent benefit package if the company is sold. However we need some group to step forward and meet with management with our list of grievances.

Have Habib deliver the message to management. He can type out the needs Remotely from the goat barn and mangle the English language and list out your grievances. Mind you the deliverables May be elimination of severance packages, lifetime PR from a farmer with a flip phone, and a free case of hairspray from RC stockpile ahh and maybe pallets of expired inbrija returned from the channel.

When this company goes bankrupt, and there is no cash over and beyond what is due creditors far more senior than employees, there will be no 'benefits package".

Who ya gonna sue? Who's a Union gonna go after? There will be no meat on the bone to pick.

You should have seen the writing on the wall and found another job many months ago.

But you were lazy and now you are most certainly screwed so your looking for a Union to bail you out?

Our best hope is to unionize. Many in pharma see benefit in union solidarity and brute power. PR is not enough to lift morale !

It is not too late to unionize. We have power in numbers and can negotiate from position of strength. NLRB guidelines will be followed.
