Is it is time for sales team to contact NLRB and force a union vote? Rank and file power comes from union organization. Job security, benefits, vacation time, pension, etc.

No Union will waste it's time organizing what's left of this sales force. Acorda is breathing it's last breaths as we speak.

When Acorda declares bankruptcy in the coming months, Job Security, benefits, vacation time, pension, etc. will be gone along with your paychecks, Health Insurance and Company Cars. No Union is going to save those for you.

And based on sales numbers for Inbrija, the Sales Force has been on vacation for the last two years anyway. But what's left of that Sales Force would probably be stupid enough to vote for unionization, and stupid enough to think it would benefit them.

your leadership is already disabled. They have failed at every single critical juncture from IP protection, dealing with the FDA, product approval, product launch, debt management and increasing shareholder value.
