Bonus paid out today, so i am sure several people will be resigning over the next few weeks.
MNK can't expect to treat people this bad and not lose top performers. They hit an all-time low by not paying at least two weeks for every year on the severance.

The best thing to do is hold out and get a PIP/severance offer at the end of September and opt for severance while securing another job. That'll at least give you a 6 week cushion.
 




























































No Fair! Gosh I wish I could quit this dog turd. Guess I better soon. They told us if we didn't have 60 by sept we were gone and could not be re-hired by inventiv but if we quit they could find us another contract. So you guys are smart to quit any idea what contract you will get ?

I will. You will too, sooner than later, I bet. And you won't see the fat Exalgo bonus, nor will you get even 6 weeks paid, jackass. I didn't see jack shit for Exalgo numbers from the Inventiv team.

Now run along and go sell that dog turd, XXR, to the cats at the cat farm. When they sniff at it and walk away, don't say I didn't tell you so.

Ok, grasshopper, you're a performer. You better start planning, because after Sept. 30, Papa Mallinckrodt's going to want you to jump higher and sing louder. And since you are obviously an Inventiv rep, you will just be ushered out the door when you can't grow more flowers out of the turd.
 






I am confused about the people who stayed. It sounds like they are bragging about being apart of the worst drug launch ever. Guess what it will never sell. Ever.
Let me help you out. NO one cares about a combo pill with 325mg apap. it is pointless. in fact, 325 is a distraction.
50 co pay vs 10 bucks to a population that only uses 4-6 pills post op anyway. Addicts are a different story but we are not hoping to get them as we have the delayed release which they wont want

In not trying to polish a turd here just pointing out the fact you sound like someone who hasn't been calling on your surgeons. You probably don't even work here. I'm under no illusions on who I work for or the drug I have. My orthos sure do write a lot more than 4-6 pills for knees and shoulders. Also, you suck at getting your docs to write it where the copay is a lot cheaper than $50. I haven't had a single post op Rx cost the patient more than $20. Go troll somewhere else. Pull your pants up and get out of your moms basement.
