It is time we take back our company. Yes! We are stockholders, the sales people. I am embarrassed and outraged that our stock value has SUNK to a whole new level. I was once proud to say I work for SHIRE now its all crumpling away infront of us. FO and PS have DESTROYED our culture. Our focus. Our opportunity to thrive with the bogus inverted pyramid bullshit. We. The Sales people. are the first to go into battle to get product written yet treated like collateral damage. We fight for our shit bonus', tooth and nails.
I challenge EVERYONE to NOT CLAP at the Opening Session at NSM when out "elite" leaders take stage. It is despicable how far Shire has fallen and how our Board of Directors have failed us all. It is time we as SHAREOLDERS are heard.

It must bother you that most sales reps basically are getting paid to look for another job. This is what happens when you shit on you sales force for years.



After PS told us he micromanages every single movement of the obu and every single territory I knew we were screwed. He should be out getting business. Still can’t imagine him trying to tell analysts that we are a good buy hahahahahaha. Quit staring at a lowly sales reps territories and go sell something.

This is exactly why this company is a dumpster fire. Your jealousy and envy of a position you perceive to be all rainbows and unicorns is probably impacting decisions which only hurt all of us. AKA- 89% managed care coverage for Xiidra. It's a lie that you can continue to push in order to place blame on sales. Simply because your jealous. Vacation at Disney? how many talking heads videos will we have to endure? how many fake jokes and back slaps amongst political enemies? how many precious corks?

listen for the inconsistencies...bet they tell us we beat the numbers, while we all know we missed goal and our payouts are crap. bet they celebrate mydais and xiidra launch successes and refuse to say what they are in reality. bet they promise no more cynrize supply issues while we know new production is not on-line. bet they tout immunology integration as a massive success. bet they ignore the massive loss of company value never before seen at shire. bet they pretend morale is great and everyone is happy. bet they hint future firings just subtly and vaguely enough to engender fear and paranoia amongst their followers so we know who is alpha. i am sure it all makes them feel so good, the rush of it all.
