It’s calmed down, but the mindless and relentless posting on LinkedIn by Fran and Zoe must have been the result of coaching that a low-end career counselor gave them.

That’s why they keep paying their full bonuses, even when they’ve done zero work. They view it as a retention bonus so people don’t leave and go elsewhere.

The Tildra reps are dropping quickly, self-elimination. The smart ones know to GET OUT NOW before the slur of SUN ruins their resume.

They should just eliminate the entire Tildra sales force...this drug is never going anywhere.

Had a dermatologist laugh when he talked about Ilumya (Tildra) in the market. Said he won’t even talk to the rep if and when they get their asses out on the street.
They all know reps hired over 8 months ago and “training” the whole time....joke of a shit show right there.

I’m a competitor, and am certainly not worried about this drug Ilumya. If you can imagine, I’m even less worried about Sun Pharma, as they’re just a collection of pharma misfits.

FYI the reps were instructed to lay low. If there is a problem look upward for your answer. A few left as they couldn’t take the forced isolation any longer. Book mark the thread. I predict at the 12 month mark from actual drug available that 1/3 of the Ilumya reps will be gone. There has already been discussions on moving out the bottom 10% at the end of the year. Not how to run a biologic sales force.

Totally agree. 1/3 gone at the 1 year mark.
Wasn’t there an over/under bet on this thread a while back ?
Regardless, those numbers sound reasonable and are in line with field turnover in other parts of SUN, and about 6 times the Pharma norm.
