This is what happens when you put someone in charge of a rare disease sales force who has ZERO rare disease experience! A hot mess and a culture that is a daily nightmare with no signs or intentions of improving! Rare disease is a requirement for BAEs but not for her? Truly unbelievable. But keep managing with your fear and intimidation and threats, this is so 90’s. Just like her boss, they both have true Hitler like mentalities. Both of them would have been long gone everywhere else as it would not be tolerated. People quitting, faking stress leave, on actual stress leaves, constant HR issues. Please look in the mirror and correct yourself before you look at everyone else and project your unprofessionalism on us.
