How did u have a hunch after the call? Was it because of one of the criteria they ruled out?
 






Well today my RD told me that he has seen the maps and I am safe so not to worry. He then told me that he has told all the reps that are safe and the ones that are not safe he had not told them anything. Just to show that I am telling the truth all the "safe" reps in the Portland region know who we are.

Why would you even say that-to try to make everyone whose RD hasn't told them even more paranoid? It is very sad that there are so many people on this board interested in making people more upset than they already are instead of sticking together and being supportive like we should be!

You were not supposed to say anything to anyone let alone post it on CP. You have put me in an awkward and terrible situation by doing this. Expect a call from me in the morning.
 












It probably is fake but this just goes to show the immaturity of so many people here. And sadly many of those people will get to keep their jobs while others will be let go.
 






Probably fake, but if not, from one RD to another--no one put you in a bad spot, you put yourself in a bad position, idiot. Unless your Region is dramatically different than mine, you have no real idea who's staying and who's going. If you've given people false hope, or if you have falsely drowned people in unwarranted misery, shame on you. Even if the above post is fake, it seems like the Pacific NW can't keep it's mouth shut.
 






The post is fake. No way anyone would out themselves like that. They would keep their mouth shut if only for the fact that we only have one more day. Total BS of the poster who put that and while the maps may or may not be out, I don't think anyone should worry more than what is natural. Don't let people making up stuff stress you out more.

Actually my friend the alternative is grand. I recently left Shire, only after a short employment. However, I spent 10 great years in pharma, but now left for a new industry. An let me tell you life is great! No more restrictions on how to entertain customers or how much budget allowed to be spent. It's all about the ROI.

If you're displaced don't head back into pharma, look for a rewarding sales job in a field you'd enjoy.

You can call if fake or what ever you want. I know I am safe so I will not worry about the phone call tomorrow. I am thankful that my RD was a true leader and told me so I could keep working to grow business. I don't worry about him knowing who I am because he had told a few of us we are safe.

So you would get your RD in trouble by talking about the area you are in? Total BS. Someone MAY not have worry for themselves but they wouldn't out their RD like that. Lame.
