Agree with OP. This is a great gig! Minus 401k, it all seems to be great here at Cadnce with salaries and bonuses. Not to mention a budget that gives you no excuse to not work your ass off and get in front of your targets. Got to say, Thanks Cadence. Wish more people, even here on CP would buck the norm and say how great this company, job, and pay really is.

No saying we are 1st in company comparisons, but we are at least equal to top Biotech companies in pay. Who left old company for less base to come here?

You are seriously warped but I'm glad you like your own car as most do not especially with rising gas prices. Youare definitely the minority in terms of liking it here. It is a very unhealthy environment, but it is useless arging with a person like you.
 






I have absolutely no clue how any rep in this organization could say they enjoy this job and feel fulfilled. No one that I feel I can trust has said they like this job. Everyone I know is currently looking for another job. It isn't necessarily all about the pay in base or bonus otherwise. People are looking for a way better package such as better insurance for their families and a fleet car.
In reality when everyone was hired, many were told this would be a short term gig to make a lot of money and then you would move on. That didn't happen.
 






I was not told this would be a short time opportunity and that I would make a lot of money. I was told a higher than possible comp plan, but I always figured I wold have to work for it.

I am making the most money ever for me. Driving my car of choice is nice. Sure, I am in the minority liking this company. The biggest take away for me is I can say I am selling a difficult drug better than most.

This experience allowed me to leave companies that pay everyone and limit top producers. Now, I am rewarded as a top producer without all the PODs and bonus formulas. Straight sales is a fresh approach.

Can you beat pharmacy? Can you find any new business potential? The budget has allowed for inservices at ASC's or anywhere else performing surgeries. Eventually you will find an opportunity or a champion to help your cause.

It's tough, but can you overcome your territory obstacles? Before everyone posts this is management.....answer the above points.

Yes, it is time to get out. Even if they secured another drug, who would want to stay here? Oh great, another hospital drug on top of what we have. Pharmacy will just love us and the additional responsibility will be so terrific! Um, NOT!

What is the target bonus for DM's and RM's, let's get that out in the open if anyone knows. The RM's deserve no bonus, their job here is the biggest joke at this level I've ever seen. One product, no new data, zero and i mean zero leadership, we never hear from ours (not complaining about that.) seriously, what in the fuck do they do? Hold the occasional conference call?
