Sabus doesn't know jack-shit about leading people let alone how to sell in a hospital environment. This is just the next step towards turning us all into glorified PCP Reps. What's next...reach & frequency reports and sales training that teaches us how to open and close a sales call?? What a joke this place has become. I have the utmost respect for Marty G and was only putting up with this Astellas bullshit because he was our leader. Now it's time to move on!
 






I like MG, but his career history has no experience in that dept so how does that work? I think he better suited to his position or something similar. Could I be wrong?
 












Just another example of upper management incompetence and protecting the "boys" club at the top. What happened to Succession Planning??? No doubt more changes are coming our way in hospital.
 












That's his strength, never making any positive contribution. The number of inapt hires for his leadership team is breathtaking. Want to get ahead? Avoid meaningful changes and never rock the boat. Keep your thoughts to yourself, or spout off and you are gone. What a way to run a company.
 


















I guess having a sales leader run corporate compliance wasn't such a great idea??? No shit! We continue to recycle the same old corporate douchbags in management. No new ideas, same old bs. Nothing but useless puppets.
 






Watch out Urology sales team. Very bad snake was just dumped on to us from compliance team where he was demoted from VP to AVP. This guy has a history of failures first by not passing the BAR exam and then getting in to Pharma as sales then kissing up to management and stabbing all in the back and being a Rat in order to go to Compliance and now back to Sales. Yes welcome back Pat, we are all watching our backs.
 












Worked w/ PM for several years when he was AD. Not my experience at all. Saved my butt once from the HQ compliance machine. Always expressed that sales reps were valued. That alone makes him better than ANY other upper management in APUS right now.
 












When compliance charges where brought against me, Pat made sure they disappeared. An ASD at the time his cooperation of my behalf allowed me to be promoted. I love Astellas because I also don't have any ethics.
 






Since when does "compliance" = ethics? Our compliance dept is way off the deep end. Remember don't write your drug names on biz card because there's no PI attached. What?
