You are truly upper management. Once you accept the Aqua delivery system, and are then able to follow your universe, YOU are in total control of your very own existence!
No dealing with anyone who can change your quest for eternal peace. You rule your very existence. You will be on the pathway to where you should be! Your life belongs to you alone!

I'll help you out:
TW= the Wizard of Aqua, All fluff...Looks good until you peek around the curtain.

SE=the Tin Man because he has "no heart" He is a neurotic (and alcoholic) pig!

R=the Cowardly Lion. He is scared of SE, LW, TW and AD.

LW-Wicked Witch of the East-Indeed, she is a controlling alchy

AD-Wicked Witch of the West-Like her sister, LW, she too is controlling. But she is a different kind of EVIL. She is vengeful! I picture her painted in green riding a bike screeching "I will get you my pretty". She uses her loyal reps/managers like a winged flying monkey.

Aqua reps-The Winged Monkeys were once a free people, until they came under AD's evil spell!

Aqua DMs-Scarecrow-If they only had a brain!

I was under the opinion that Steve, Roger and Ted were all DM's or account Directors when they joined us from Novartis. No real leadership leading an entire sales force. They are in way over their heads but hanging on tp get their payout from new owners. Oh well.

The most important thing is for YOU not to be in over your head! You must accept the Aqua delivery system, and then follow your universe. You will then, of course, achieve eternal peace!
This is your path to leadership! Let it flow and follow your path.
Your universe will lead you in the direction you NEED to go. It will lead you in the direction you MUST go to be a "whole" person. Do not resign yourself to following others, if they are failures!
 






It appears to me that this Aqua idiot who poisened this site started his rampage back in early 2012. That is about the same time Tony C started working for Ted. Coincidence? You make the decision but this idiot knows too much abouy our company to not be employed by it.

You above anyone else needs to accept the Aqua delivery system! You can't spell, and I wonder if you ever graduated from high school!
And no, as I have stated, I have NEVER worked for Aqua!

But please, accept the Aqua delivery system so you can follow your universe. You don't need brains to do this, so I'm sure you'll be ok.
Once you do this, and follow your universe, you will gain intellegence, along with having peace in your life! You desperately need both!

It appears to us that now that your identity has been revealed, your tone has changed to angry confrontational. This is a blog not a resume, so spelling should not be expected to be 100% correct. It is sad to think about all the time Tony has spent on this site ripping people and being judgemental. What a waste.

Spelling should not be expected to be 100% correct. But perhaps 50% is not too much to ask. Accept the Aqua delivery system and follow your universe! This will make your life so much happier and so much more productive! This is the key to a fullfilled happy existence!
Finding true peace is what life is all about! Don't waste the opportunity to do so.
Yes, it is sad that Tony has spent time "ripping people and being judgemental." His life would have been filled with an inner peace, an inner glow, if he were to accept the Aqua delivery system to begin his "journey" through life!

Funny that someone who just slammed a whole group of people on an ANONYMOUS online forum should call anyone else cowardly, psychotic, or vengeful. Sorry life has dealt you such a shitty hand that you feel so bitterly towards people; poor you, working in a cushy job with a free car, flexible schedule, and awesome insurance. Honestly and sincerely-- you should seek help because this kind of bad attitude will make you a miserable person your entire life.

Wonderful entree into the Aqua delivery system! But don't clutter up your pathway to your universe, Molly T. Follow your universe wherever it leads you. Your anger will subside and you will be on your way to achieve eternal peace. This is what the goal in your life should be about- always.
No, there is no place for bitterness and illiteracy. You are correct. Following your universe will eliminate this!

Thank you! The Aqua delivery system is perhaps the most important thing you can absorb in your life. It opens up the door to allowing you to follow your universal path to peace. This can only be all good in your life! Follow your pathway to success, pleasure, relaxation, love, and peace!
 






I was offered a position with Aqua which I turned down. In my gut, it just didn't feel right, and I have to say, this "Aqua Delivery" poster was a big red flag. Not because you made one or two nonsensical posts, but because you seem to be obsessive about commenting on this site. You are someone who clearly has a big stake in this, so either you work at HQ or you are paid to do this. Either one I found very troubling. There are people who are clearly very disgruntled working for this company and instead of serving as a source of information that could help correct some of the disparities between the company and its reps you choose to do nothing but make light of it and discourage good people. I wonder what it would be like to go to bed every night knowing you waste so much of your time on something so silly.

Also, the vacation package (although I probably could have negotiated) was just horrible. One trip to Europe or a few weddings and your entire years vacation is done. 12 days off a year told me a lot about what the company expects. Also, 10 signatures a day in heavy traffic areas seemed ridiculous.

Aqua seems to have some really great things going for it, but for everyones sake out there I hope you 1.) Get more time off and 2.) someone at HQ finally tells this person on here to stand down. He is there solely to piss people off and it seems he is doing a great job, but he also turned away a great candidate like myself who would have worked hard and been a contributor.

Poster #17 is beside himself. You turned down a position at Aqua because you didn't accept serious, caring, valid posts?
You sir, have never accepted the Aqua delivery system. Your life is obviously in shambles because you are unable to follow your universe. I am sorry for you because you have never found eternal peace in your life. You never will, unless you begin by accepting the Aqua delivery system, and by being truthful to YOURSELF!

As a former rep, you made a wise decision. Aqua does have a lot of good qualities, however, the biggest issues are found with the upper bosses (AD and RS, SE, and tw). There is a serious distrust places on the reps. You will be closely watched (10 calls a day, gps). You will be put on a pip if your sales numbers dip. You will be pushed out if you challenge the logic.

There are better places to work.
