Treated a person like crap in front of their team. Something that could have been done in private but instead he chose a public emotional outburst. Said person put in their notice and was still invited to the POA to train others before leaving, so did nothing wrong. I was in one of their groups and would have never guessed they were leaving. Full of passion and great ideas. That person was 110% professional. The other person…not so much.

I think there were a lot of interesting chatter. I will hold my opinion until after the town hall. Definitely agree this should have been a 2 day teams or zoom training.
