Success is when you have a good year here and you get a chance to jump ship to a decent Derm company. In other words, if you want to get into Derm, OD will help you do that.

is a job at this company worth entertaining? Are reps happy and are goals attainable (are majority of people actually earning bonus)? I’m interviewing for an opening in my area but worried about working for a Valeant owned company. Feedback on people’s experience at this company is appreciated. Thanks.

Agree with that. Will add success is determined by your territory. Same areas win p club every year and if you aren’t in one of those areas it can be tough here long term unless you get lucky one year. Recommend as a way into derm as it is a good entry point.

Maybe wait til the dust settles around here. Recently lost a lot of reps so big changes to come after this quarter. Product bags and territories won’t be the same as they are now if you’re currently interviewing. Time will tell which direction this company is headed for better or for worse.

I’ve got a lot of years here, but I feel like it’s time to see what else is out there. I can keep the same relationships but make more guaranteed $ elsewhere.

This ship should have sunk years ago (OrthoDerm). It’s somewhat of a miracle it is still afloat.
