I remember at the 2002 spring diabetes awards banquet that Ricks was hitting on another DM. Of course, I was trying to bang one of his blonde reps from Indy. Epic Fail by me, not sure about Ricks.
 




























Lilly needs someone who will demand accountability after years of ST and JL. He can be good if he makes the right decisions.
His Achilles heel is his inability or unwillingness to surround himself with strong people who have diverse opinions.
His bevy of sycophants could be his undoing.
 












Dudenesss.... have you looked at the inside of his office ?? Dicks is actually single handedly discovering the next generation of Eli Lilly blockbusters. Yes animals injected with novel compounds, cells being genetically analyzed - and that's just in his waiting area. Don't open the closet - he has a full range of human studies ongoing with cleaning staff now captive in his closet.

If Lilly is to survive and shine they needed to have DR at the top. He cleaned house and there were too many old farts with watch,s eating up profits with the highest salaries of any corporation in the USA. Also because of the oldies (but goodies), the productivity of our company was bad. The OFWW,s don't move as fast as the youngsters. DR is a super star that will help Lilly's flourish once again. In my book he is a Super Star CEO and Pres.

Thanks for your thoughts DR. DC used to read and comment on the boards too and look at where it got her.

Have heard DR has no faith in sales force so all you excessive diabetes reps and do nothing oncology reps better watch out. You are being tracked and instead of getting big severances you will get chopped if you are found not doing your job and are caught falsifying documents saying you were some where you weren't.

Sales reps easy days sitting home doing nothing and spending days at the mall shopping or gym are over. Big brother is watching.
