Thoughts on Chicago 1S Meeting??

Have to say I thought the 1S was a trainwreck from the logistics to the content and value. Really, 80% of the time wa spent on 20% that is subjective. Great way to also demoralize the 70% or more who did not get promoted to have a meeting so soon to put it in your face with some who did not deserve it.

We need to look at reps in another way. This is why.
 
















I loved watching HSAs wait I mean HSCs wait I mean people who bring no value to the bottom line, win presidents club trips. I mean seriously how does the company justify giving away like 10 presidents club trips to a bunch of socially retarded former sales reps who never influence a single sale or rx?

Who do you think stemmed the tide with ENHANCE? We all have a job to do. You may not understand the HSC job, but the value is there. I will not throw mud at the sales force. Whoever posted this is throwing rocks in a glass house.

Zetia and Vytorin have had steady market share losses since ENHANCE and SEAS. Please help me understand the "stem the tide" statement. Thank you.
 




The Chicago meeting was such a waste of time and money and the absolute confirmation that management has no idea what they are doing. Every single person I spoke with stated that they were even more disgusted with this company when the left then when they got there. Did everyone notice Bob's huge demotion? The ship is sinking people.

Bob's farwell speech was probably the high point of the entire meeting. Why we had to stay an extra two hours on Thurs to listen to Mark (my hair's on fire) Stevens sum up this hot mess is beyond me. Some people did not get home until 11 pm Thurs night. My legs and feet were killing me from walking 10 miles a day just to hear more of management's B.S. and poorly laid plans with new acronyms. They tired ot paint it as how many great people are there to support the 'sales force'. Instead, all I saw were all the people I have to carry on MY fking BACK everyday. My thanks, is to be paid less and work more while the bigger portion of the pie goes to those sitting home in their PJs. Thanks.

P.S. I made more money five years ago. The spin - WOW factor on our incentive plan did make me chuckle. Only the biggest losers last year will hit their numbers. Go figure. What a waste of three days. Everything was just a rehash of our District meetings and provided NO additional value. Most of our marketing pieces none of us would dare pull out of the bag or get laughed into the hallway and told to never come back.
 




Waste of 3 days of my life. Bob Baranick talked about the meetings he had and then the meetings he had, fake cried about decent human beings and then talked about meetings he had. We have no respect for him, our CTls have no respect for him and leadership gives him award because they are so dis-engaged they have no idea how bad he is. Sail on. Sail on Titanic.
 




mark stevens is like everyone's drunk uncle Ted at Christmas. You never know what he is going to say, what he is going to do, but you are always sure it will be F'ed up. The guy doesn't disappoint, too bad he is useless and we all are numb to his leadership. Less than average rating? I will live up to that for you marky spark! What? What?
