company cars? No and car allowance is around $450. Motus captures your 11-17 cents a mile. You have to turn it on every morning and look at at least 50 times a day to make sure it does not sporadically turn off. You are tracked by the minute at every stop you make.
corporate cards?no you use your personal card and it takes a minimum of 3 weeks to get reimbursed for an expense report - every expense is scrutinized to the maximum.
average salary- 80-100
Zero 401k match
20 vacation and sick days -these are combined -if you or a child get sick you will have to cancel your family vacation. I know of a rep ( single mom) whose child was in the hospital - she had to burn all her vacation days and could not take any time off over Christmas break to,spend with her family

It is a job. No one plans to stay here long term. Company offers little to keep employees and they don’t care to keep people long term. We just had a mandatory conference call from 5:00 to 6:15 for no valid reason. Just validates the lack of regard they have for their sales reps. For a small company they employ every big pharma metric there is. We were all just required to do a minimum of 2 lunch webcast programs that lasted 45 minutes. Forcing a doctor to sit for 45 minutes at lunch is just unrealistic. More proof that Leadership lacks vision and creativity.
Good products but terrible culture. Leadership is untrustworthy

Original Evzio Rep here, I too left this company after a short time due to the harassment, yelling, belittling manager. Nerves frayed, this was a tough sale at the start. Can’t believe good reps are looking at this company. I would steer clear of Kaleo if at all possible.
 






The company is falling apart. Not bitter Just a victim of real time oppression and unethical behavior. Why don’t you look into it yourself instead of taking it for face value. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. There’s no need for personal attacks. Everything said in posts here is true and IS happening. Wake up and smell the coffee before they take you down with them. A company that retaliates against their good hardworking employees who won’t succumnb to their bullying tactics does not last that long. Only the top management make it out like bandits. Look into how many of the original 13 including the founders of the company are left behind. They have systematically squeezed the good ppl out so they can push their unethical agenda. Some of the devices are faulty and pose threat to the users. But the great Quality leader is just sweeping it under the rug. Blood will be on their hands soon it’s just a matter of time. Then what product will you sell and get bonuses especially when FDA shuts that joint down and throws ppl in jail. Run don’t walk away from this shithole
