3 BAEs so far. I know of 3 more in the final stages of interviewing. This place is horrible. IC changes were just the beginning. Now ridiculous metrics in a space where our indication doesn’t support the expectations. People will just fake calls and state ridiculous predictions. CM is a long way down the road and we will enter late in the game. Get out now. Oh yeah…time to treat goal is 5 days. Well considering the average is 42 days and no clear SOP on how to achieve that goal….that’s another realistic expectation.
 












Everybody worrying about the figure head from Pfizer but nobody talking about how JM is going to make a name for himself on everyone’s backs pushing unreasonable expectations on the RBDs to push to the BAEs.

JM is going to TRY to make a name for himself, that is true. Self-aggrandizement has served him well here, (but we aint exactly known as a place that hires and promotes strong leaders), but it's abundantly clear that he is a good two or maybe three levels above his level of competency.
