This place is a joke!

New comp plan sounded nice. Maybe we would finally get paid for getting our asses kicked day after day, dealing with massive quality and supply issues. Then quotas were given out. Figured it was too good to be true. Upper management is living on another planet.

Couldn't agree more with this post as many were shocked when they got their quotas and let the micromanagement begin!

Potential candidate here....Based on these posts it appears I should run, far far away from AngioD. I have been approached by multiple recruiters for vascular and oncology gigs recently. I have over 5 years in device and came from pharma prior to that and have done pretty well for myself over the years. Based on the market it appears the grass really isn't greener anywhere. I'd hate to go from one shit storm to the next, and was really looking for a long term place to grow. Any candid feedback is appreciated on the job, products, growth opp's, pipeline, etc. but I feel I already know the answer.

The primary issue with AngioD is we are a far distant 2nd in the marketplace but think we're king shit and continue to conduct ourselves and price our products as such. We are pricing ourselves out of markets that we literally have no presence in yet still expect, and desperately NEED, to get market share....? Great tech, but no published data. It just feels like people making the really important decisions are not even in the same conversation when it comes to what the customers and industry are demanding. It's crazy frustrating.

Cincinnati position is open. Recruiter says rep has been promoted and territory is over plan. Any truth to this? Is the company as bad as everyone says? Anyone have anything good to say about Angiodynamics?

Territory is on fire? Seriously?!

Can you please explain how that's accurate? It's not like she's converting big chunks of competitive business or anything. Doesn't Bard own that geography?

the company is a disaster. Joe DeVivo might be worst CEO in history and his underlings are any better. They are trying desperately to sell the company and move out to the next place they can torch and make money. AD is a hodgepodge of crap that no physician looks to buy cause of great technology. Everything is is price and everything is priced high. Management there is horrific with not one capable regional. Nobody cares and they all really want out.
