Yeah have fun selling in this environment. I sold in it years ago but saw the writing on the wall. Selling in a capotated, ultra price sensitive and highly competitive environment sounds like a ton of fun. Put as much lip stick on this as you would like however at the end of the day it is price that sells here. New technology has to also show a health economic benefit to be widely adapted and your "new" products will/have failed to gain wide acceptance in the market.

I was lucky enough to obtain a position selling highly specialized orphan drugs where providers pay and cover these meds for the right patient. My W2 has gone up 50% from my days here and I couldn't be happier. Keep telling yourself AD and this environment is a positive place to be and things are ok. For the rest of you there is a better life outside of this company and no money making or career progression environment. Enjoy!

For me, The happiest day came when I RESIGNED from this SHIT hole!!!

It is rumored that Ghandi used to drink his own urine you should do a taste test. I'm willing to guess that you drink too much coffee because your acidic. Try eating an apple or a bowl of oatmeal the chewing will offer reprieve from your swan dive indigestive complaining.
 



If you have ever spent any consistent time with the senior leadership team you would clearly understand why this place is dying a slow death from a lack of innovation, morale and career progression perspective. They all really are incompetent leaders and provide very little value to their respective areas of "expertise". The financials, lack of growth (EBIT) and innovation speak for itself. Who else is to blame for this in these areas?

Can you elaborate because I find the leadership incredibly inspiring the speeches at the meeting are life changing.
